Welcome to the Illusionary World

My Personal Reality

Hi everyone! I'm ShanHaxx, and anime/manga IS my biggest interests. To cut the chase, I'll only talk about anime and avoid my personal life.

These are my Top 5 Anime of all Time:

1. Clannad After Story
2. Steins;Gate
3. Puella Magi Madoka Magica
4. Angel Beats
5. The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya

These are my Top 5 Anime Characters of all Time:

1. Haruhi Suzumiya
2. Haruhi Suzumiya
3. Haruhi Suzumiya
4. Haruhi Suzumiya
5. Haruhi Suzumiya

(As you can guess, Haruhi is quite literally my God)

MY favourite studio of all time is KyoAni, I think everything they make is amazing, and couldn't care less about their overuse of moe. JC Staff are also fantastic, but are a very further second place. I love Key Visual Arts, every anime based off one of their games has been an emotional rollercoaster, with my favourite anime of all time Clannad AS being one of their works. Asides from that, I read lots of manga, I own all the volumes of PMMM, and half the volumes of Bleach. Otherwise, I read most my manga online.

I've currently watched over 200 animes, which is quite a lot, and read more manga than I can remember. Generally, Comedy, Slice of Life, and Romance shows are my comfort zone. Genres I don't usually like are historical, and pure mech. Not that I hate them, it would just be difficult to get me to watch shows with that genre.

On this blog, Fairy Tail, and Bleach will be reviewed regularly, though I do read many other mangas. Initially, I wanted to review some of the animes this season, but that would be difficult since I'd have to start halfway. I'll definitely be reviewing some of next season's anime, particularly 'Monogatari Season 2', and maybe 'Free!'

As for anime of the year so far, I love how 'Suisei no Gargantia' and 'To Aru Kagaku no Railgun S' are intricately developing. Not that I hate Shingeki no Kyojin, seeing as it really has so much hype around it, but reading the manga lessens the impact the anime has to give.

Kikou Shoujo wa Kizutsukunai - Unbreakable Machine Doll, is shaping up to be my anime of the year, but only if they do this right. Last year, I put in a lot of hope for Guilty Crown, and while the end product was still 'high quality', it was a mere shell of what Guilty Crown as a series could've risen to be.

That's enough for my introduction. Thank you for reading my blog. I'll outline the sole purpose for writing this blog is that I want improve my literary review skills, as well as for myself, and for the readers to enjoy. Tuturu! Good day to you all!
